The cytochemistry of oocytes of Chinese shrimpPenaeus orientalis

In the growth of oocytes ofPenaeus orientalis Kishinouye, five stages were distinguished. Histochemical tests showed the presence of DNA in the chromatin and nucleolus of the cell. The cytoplasm at the previtellogenetic stage and the nucleolus are rich in RNA and the proteins abounding with cysteine, tyrosine and tryptophan. The yolk consists mainly of proteins and phospholipids. The 1,2-glycol groups of carbohydrate occur in the cytoplasm at stage II, and aggregate mostly into cortical rods at stages IV and V. Neutral lipid droplets, and protein containing disulfides, appear in the cytoplasm at stages III and IV respectively. The proteins in the cortical rod differ from those in other components of the cell in the presence of cystine and absence of arginine.

本文给出UK Schmidt 823天区,23~h47~m<赤经<24~h00~m,赤纬< 00°00′的四分之一区域内Q=4的类星体候选者106个的坐标,B_f~*星等及证认图。对其中Q≥5的天体进行了谱线证认,给出它们的红移值。     

南极长城站云和气溶胶光学特性的遥感和分析

本文根据光度计和半球辐射计观测的资料、分析了1988年12月至1989年2月南极长城站云和气溶胶光学厚度以及气溶胶的谱分布。结果表明,在长城站夏季,云和气溶胶的光学厚度都较大,其均值分别为12.7和0.094。

SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF AEROSOL SIZE DISTRIBUTION AND REFRACTIVE INDEX AND SURFACE ALBEDO FROM RADIANCE-PART III: PARAMETRIZATION AND APPLICATION

Based on the radiative transfer calculation results, three approximate expressions of the sky radiance in almucantar and its increment caused by surface albedo are presented. They are simple, but accurate enough. The dependence of the fitted aerosol scattering phase functions on refractive index is also studied, and its reasonable form is given. For Junge size distribution, the approximate equations of the phase functions with some special scattering angles are obtained. These approximate equations significantly simplify the retrieval algorithm of simultaneous determination of aerosol size distribution and its refractive index and surface albedo. This method can be realized with a microcomputer, and has been used to process and analyse the experimental data measured in Hefei of Anhui Province.     

大气象质衰减参数

The 4 February, 1986 flare and flare-filament current model

In this paper, the observational data in H, radio, soft X-ray, hard X-ray, and -ray emissions for the 3B/X3.0 solar flare on 4 February, 1986 are collected. This flare is studied in detail by using the flare-filament current model. The momentum equations and the energy equations of the filament current have been solved. The influence of the highly sheared background magnetic field on the motion of the filaments is studied through numerical calculation. The results show that the resistive tearing instability is a possible pre-heating mechanism in the preflare phase, and both the rotation of the spiral sunspots and the highly sheared background field are necessary for the energy storage of this flare. The high-energy data of the flare imply that the current-loop coalescence instability is a possible eruptive mechanism.     

应用综合前兆异常月频度判定地震进入中短期的研究

应用震后资料总结和震前所判定的异常资料研究了１９７５－１９９６年的４４个震次,结果表明,地震孕育进入中短期时无论是近场前兆异常、近场前兆异常,还是远、近场均有的前兆异常,其综合前兆异常月频率度一般同时呈现出２个明显特征;（１）月频度累加曲线呈现为非线性加速形态;（２）同时月频度变化速率出现异常,二相结合,一般可以判定了地震孕育是否进入短期阶段。由于研究内容广泛和取得的中短期特征明显,因此所得结果
